Return & Exchange Policy – PRINTURN
At PRINTURN, we take great care to maintain the quality of our products. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect from our side, the following policy will apply:
❌ Return Policy
- Normal returns are not accepted.
- Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect from our side.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof of the defect.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will be approved only after verification by our team.
🔁 Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)
- Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery in case of size issues or manufacturing defects.
- Exchange is subject to product availability in stock.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging for exchange.
📦 Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide a replacement or exchange as applicable.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- In case of manufacturing defect or our mistake, the return/exchange shipping charges will be borne by PRINTURN.
- In case of size exchange, the shipping charges may be borne by the customer (as per policy).
