SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At PRINTURN, we are committed to delivering your premium clothing orders swiftly and efficiently. Since we handle our own manufacturing and quality checks in-house, we ensure streamlined processing to get your favorite outfits to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Below are the details of our shipping policy, ensuring transparency and a smooth shopping experience for you.

1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, PRINTURN ships only within the territory of India. We deliver to almost all serviceable pin codes across the country through our network of reliable logistics partners.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

We understand your excitement to receive your new clothes.

  • Processing Time: All successful orders are usually processed, packed, and ready for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Operational Days: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive a notification via Email and/or SMS with the tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, the time taken for delivery depends on your location. The estimated timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities & Major Tier-1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India / Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Remote/J&K/North East Areas: May take 7 to 10+ business days depending on accessibility.

Please Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or courier service delays.

4. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep shipping costs affordable for our customers.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling ₹[यहाँ अमाउंट लिखें, जैसे: 999] and above.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹[ऊपर वाला अमाउंट लिखें], a nominal non-refundable shipping fee of ₹[यहाँ चार्ज लिखें, जैसे: 49 या 99] will be applied at checkout to cover logistics costs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email and SMS containing the shipping partner’s name and the tracking number (AWB).

You can use this link to track the real-time status of your shipment. Please allow up to 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner’s website after receiving the notification.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability

Our courier partners usually make three (3) attempts to deliver the package. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery:

  • The courier agent may try to contact you on the provided phone number.

  • If delivery fails after maximum attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete address with the correct pin code and an active mobile number at checkout.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

At PRINTURN, we take great care in packaging your orders securely.

Important: If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged, tampered with, opened, or crushed at the time of delivery, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT the package from the courier agent.

Instead, kindly ask the courier to return it and immediately inform our customer support team at care@printurn.in or help@printurn.in with your order details so we can issue a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
